The margarita soda is perfect the perfect summertime sipper. It combines the sweet, saltiness of a marg, but the drinkability of a highball cocktail. The key ingredient obviously is the presence of the soda water, giving its crispy finish.

I am batching this cocktail in the SquareKeg, which holds up to 128oz or 1 gallon of liquid. The above recipe yields 125 oz, about twelve 10oz drinks. The SquareKeg is my go to when batching cocktails because of its ease and the ability to carbonate the drinks overnight, it really gives this drink the extra pop.
